When we think about taking care of our hair, in most cases, we think of using natural cosmetics that are healthy for our hair and free of toxins. But for our hair to be really healthy, we must take care of our diet on a daily basis. Hair is made up mainly of proteins (90% is keratin and 90% is a series of amino acids), amino acids and micronutrients such as iron. IMPORTANT INGREDIENTS

1. Iron is very important to prevent hair from being brittle, weak, or from falling out too much. If you know you have an iron deficiency, it is recommended to take about 30 mg. twice a day with meals, always combining it with vitamin C, in order to assimilate it.
2. Zinc, is used in dandruff treatments. Dandruff may be related to poor nutrition and especially when there is zinc deficiency. The recommended dose is 2 to 15 mg. per day.
NATURAL SHAMPOO

In addition to this simple shampoo: Just mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 3 drops of rosemary oil. Then gently massage all over your scalp and hair until it penetrates well into the hair follicle, then rinse with lukewarm water.
