SETTING OBJECTIVES
Every year many people make New Year's resolutions but few achieve them. The problem with resolutions is that they are simply good wishes. They are raised in a very vague way, without defining exactly what we are after and how we are going to achieve them. They are not concrete and much less measurable. For this last reason, and so that what happens on other occasions does not happen, one must change strategy, to do things differently. Here we give you some recommendation tips
The objectives that we set ourselves must be very specific; the more specific, the better. There must be an objective way to measure progress and whether we have achieved it. They must be realistic, achievable, but not easy. We must write them actively, not passively. They should focus on the result, that is, on what we want to achieve. and above all... They must have a specific compliance date. So up to now we have learned that the objectives must be specific, measurable, achievable, imply action, focused on a result to be achievable.
