The objectives that we set ourselves must be very specific; the more specific, the better. There must be an objective way to measure progress and whether we have achieved it. They must be realistic, achievable, but not easy. We must write them actively, not passively. They should focus on the result, that is, on what we want to achieve. and above all... They must have a specific compliance date. So up to now we have learned that the objectives must be specific, measurable, achievable, imply action, focused on a result to be achievable.

It is very important to always keep our goals in mind.
