Humans are hunter-gatherers who were born to run long distances. In the end, running is a way to get around. Few of us do it that way, but why not start? You can run to go shopping, go to the park, to a friend's house or to work.

REASONS WHY I SHOULD EXERCISE

1. It's fun
Honestly, the sheer pleasure of running on a sunny day, especially when surrounded by nature, great views and fresh air, is something from another world.< /div>
2. It's cheap
Compared to almost any other sport –tennis, soccer, cycling…–running doesn’t cost that much. All you need is a proper pair of shoes and little else .<

The modern world has spread lifestyle-related diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart problems.
Many are complicated by obesity and overweight. Running, for sure, is one of the best ways to maintain proper weight. Running helps get rid of excess adrenaline and other hormones. It can help to stay calm, relaxed and keep things in perspective. It can free the mind from daily worries and problems.
